Dims work and the brights don't

This is an SL1, the dims work and the brights don't, do I need new headlights or is this a switch problem on the turn signal? Please advise.W Did the elements blow?

So the low beams work but the high beams dont?Have you checked all the fuses?Also do you have a multimeter to do some testing?

I was told it wasn't the fuses, I will check them, I will have a multi meter Sunday. Thanks and we'll talk soon.
