CLICK-CLICK SOUND SIMILAR TURN SIGNAL

WHAT COULD BE CAUSING A "CLICK-CLICK" SOUND SIMILAR TO THE SOUND OF MY TURN SIGNAL, EVEN THOUGH THE TURN SIGNAL IS NOT ACTIVATED?

When I use the turn signals, they work normally; just recently though, when the signal cancels out, the "clicking" sound continues on.

I checked all the fuses and they seems in good condition. What else might be causing this, and how can I correct it?

Saturntech9-
Thank you. The clicking seems to be coming from directly behind the "hazard /flasher" activation switch

Then you dont have a SL1 saturn like you listed as your model. You have a LS1 model? The switch has the turn signal flasher built into. When they start buzzing usually means you have to replace the hazzard switch/flasher relay I have replaced a lot of them for that.
