1997 Ford Falcon not start

My friend's falcon not start. We charged the battery.
full charged battery, turn the key, the dashboard lights are on, when try to start it, but nothing. The starter motor not turning. Someone said maybe smart lock problem. So I try to turn ignition on for one hour, then start it, but still not start.
is there any thing I can check?

We have no info on these cars so try to reset your security system. Check in your manual if you have one or online for your model car or call a dealer

I had check the relay box, I found ants inside, so I clean it and replace 4 new relays, 3 four pin and 1 five pin.

Now the starter motor is running, but still not start, I found no power to fuel pump.

How to solve it?
