Where is inlet heater hose located to install coolant flush kit for 1997 ford expedition? Thanks in advance.

Here is a guide to help you change the heater hoses and diagrams below to help you see how the hoses are routed.

It looks like you must remove the inner fender well to access the heater hoses.

Well, unlike my jimmy. I see 2 hose that come from firewall. Then they have 3 way tees with both ends going back into firewall. Presumbly, to evaporator. The parts of tee's for both line go all the way down to underbody supposing going to back of car. Is there a way can tell if engine is running one hot or cold. Etc?

P.S this is 1997 ford expedition 5.4L 2wd. Both heater hose look like pic attached to this response

I would install the flush kit into the in going heater hose closest to the engine
