Is the check engine light on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Have you checked the catalytic converter to make sure it isn't plugged? Have you checked to make sure none of the brakes are hanging up? I just had a Jeep today that wouldn't go over 50. Up hill it was in 1st gear. Both front calipers locked up. I know that's a stretch, but I figured I'd ask.
