Our 1996 Ford Windstar Mini van is having issues with stalling.

Our 1996 ford windstar mini van is having issues with stalling. If you are in idle and not moving it just stalls, this happens every time you are not stepping on the gas. I have changed the air filter& the fuel filter. Has had an engine rebuild and a new transmission also has new water pump new altinator and belt, What could cause this problem

Do you have a check engine light or has flashed before-If so scan the computer for code/s

Lets check and test the idle air control valve, EGR and PCV valves-also the TPS and MAF sensors-to include the fuel pressure
