4.3l manual, I am replacing the clutch, I bought a clutch kit. It came with a pilot bushing, but the engine has a pilot bearing. Is it OK to use the bushing?

As long as the dimensions are the same, yes. Be sure to grease it.

Thx, should I use white lithium grease or wheel bearing (high temp) grease

Not lithium but most any other kind would be fine. Lithium breaks down.
