1990 Lexus LS 400 Car is dead!

Hi I'm trying to find out what's wrong with my car and I hope you can help me. So like a month approximately my car was working fine but all the sudden my car wouldn't start so I got some jump cables and I let it charge and it wouldn't turn on and now if I try with the jump cables nothing turns on it's completely dead the battery is new I bought it 5 months ago and it won't charge at all. Can you help me?

What is it doing? Won't crank or cranks over and will not start-what is it

Lets start by making sure the battery is atleast 12.4 volts or better, then check the battery/terminal connections, everything looks good-check the starter relay and starter motor-let me know what you got
