Engine ECT sensor tells fuel system (COMPUTER) the temp so itcan send the right amount to start engine.

If you're talking about the coolant temperature sensor-it acts as a choke system in a carbuerator it gives fuel on initial start ups

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge if its within specs

My own car I have to try up to 3 times when it's cold cold and give the peadal a little to get it to go. I have twin port injector body.
