1986 Toyota 4Runner the not start

Good evening, after a while I could find the engine control unit, the problem I have not solved the 4runner will not start and gives me exactly the same code and the problem and that if I force to set in motion with the accelerator pedal pressed in the bottom part of the 4runner but I never have to give up the throttle, the diagnostic code 11 and always have done all the tests possible, what can be thanks in advance dario

I fixed it, I replaced the engine control unit, and put back under the engine and now it's a wonder thanks to all
