Take this to a pro as the cold start injector should be tested for proper operation. This needs to work in cold weather and most diy's shouldn't do this test.

Remove the cold start injector (Center of the intake manifold)and clean it with carburetor cleaner and reinstall back on the manifold. Remove the cold start timer sensor (usually around the thermostad housing & brown in color with 2 wires plug in) and clean the part where screw into the coolant with sand paper until shining copper and reinstall back on to the monifold. This should do the job if you have enought fuel pressure. Try to start the vehicle with a light spray of fuel injection or carburetor cleaner into the air intake monifold when cold.
