Here is my problem:
The truck will crank but will not start. You have to crank it several times before it will start. I have replaced the following parts; fuel pump, FPDM, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pressure sensor and the fuel filter. I have 12vdc with the ignition on from the fuel pump relay. At this point I am not sure what to do next. I hope someone out there have the answer.

Hello,

It sounds like you have a crankshaft angle sensor that is going out but to be sure lets run the codes to see what comes up.

Please let us know what happens.

Once the the truck is started it runs great, no missing or stalling its like new. The codes I got was P0191 fuel pump driver module. The only sensor I did not replace is the fuel pump pressure sensor.

Okay it said in the first post you did thanks for the clarification. They had big problems with the sensors and modules. I would start with the sensor here is its location.

With that being said the fuel pump driver module hangs down in the wet in the back and I have seen those go out as well.

Here are the fuel pressure sensor and fuel pump control module locations so you can see whats going on.

Check out the diagrams (Below)

Please run this test and get back to us.

Cheers, Ken
