Car cranks but wont start has spark has fuel.

Are the injectors pulsing? Also, how does the engine sound when you are cranking it over? If it sounds funny you could have a bad timing chain. We can tell for sure if you could please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise when cranking? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response. I took it to the shop they said the compression on number 1 75psi 2 80PSI 3 80psi 4 75PSI they wanted to remove the head to see if I had a burnt valve or head gasket. What weird is they said the car over heated. No such thing happened I drove the car home from work, it's only a mile from the house. The next day it wouldn't start.

It sounds more like the timing chain has jumped a tooth or two. If it was a burnt valve or head gasket it would not affect all cylinders the same. Here is how to check the timing marks to confirm the failure. Also, was the engine making noise before the issue of not starting? You can check the timing marks by removing the valve cover. Here is how you can change the timing chain out in the diagrams below. It also shows how to change the timing marks.
