Engine overheating

I filled up my car with coolant and in less than ten minutes of driving the temperature light comes on and I have to pull over and put more coolant in the car once the engine cools down.

A leak that bad has to be leaving a puddle on the ground. It should be easy to locate with a visual inspection.
