My car listed above (lx model) will not start but tried to crank normally. I’ve changed the cam sensors, ignitions switch and got a new battery but still having same problem.

Good afternoon,

I would start by doing a compression test to verify you have compression. You need 140-160 pounds. You can rent a tester at a parts store.

I would also check the fuel pressure to be sure there is sufficient fuel to the rail.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

Fuel pressure regulator
Pressure with fuel pressure gauge connected
SULEV .................... 320 - 370 kPa (3.3 - 3.8 kgf/cm2, 47 - 54 psi)
Except SULEV .................... 330 - 380 kPa (3.4 - 3.9 kgf/cm2, 48 - 55 psi)

Spark is the last test. You need to see if spark is going to the spark plugs.
