My engine doesn't start up and run what's wrong?

I have this Honda Accord, which doesn't start when its siting in rain. If its under cover it will start fine, what can go wrong with rain? Your help and suggestions are appreciated.

Hi adevtale,

When it could not start can you see if the engine has spark it sounds like the coil wire is getting wet and shorting out this guide can help us

I had this issue had to get a rebuilt distributor cost me $112.00 all set. Runs great.
