I just got my fluids topped off yesterday (oil, brake etc, ) and a filter change. No problems driving, in fact the ride was very smooth. Today I got my front tires changed, nobody went under the hood. I drove off and was sitting at a stop light and my car stalled. The oil and battery lights came on. I put on my hazards and started the car up and it came right on. Two minutes later it happened again. Still at this stop light. I cranked it up again and drove off when the light turned green and went home. In front of my house I put the car in park and waited. Sure enough about three minutes later it happened again. I have to travel three hours today and not sure if I should go. Can you tell me what could be causing this?

First thing we need to check for codes. Here is a guide that will help do this:

As for the possible causes if there are no codes the most likely cause is the idle control valve.

Here are some more guides that will talk more about this:

I am attaching the process on how to relearn the idle and initialization process if you need to replace it.

Let's run through this material and go from there. Thanks
