Will not start

When I turn the key to the on position Mil didn't light at all? I checked code there is no code and high beam light on and turn right light and turn left light on all at same time and car didn't start. I checked starter relay and it work when I make jump the engine want to start Put car didn't start.

Good afternoon,

It sounds like you have low battery voltage if you have to jump it. I would load test the battery to see if your battery is any good.

I would also check the battery cables and clean them.

Then I would check the charging system if you get it started.

The battery is new and just open and charge system is okay, but when dashboard when I turn key to on position I didn't find check engine light don't on and close like other items in dash. So I think ground cable for engine or fuse. Am I right?

Okay, check the diagrams I posted. The instrument cluster is fed from 2 fuses. Check the fuses with a test light to be sure there is power on both sides.

If they are good and the cluster still does not work, then the cluster is the issue and must be removed and sent out for repair.
