It only works on 4. The Temperature control works fine, and I can get warm or cool air, but I don't want the HVAC to run on full blast without option. I did notice when I change the air settings, like from the windshield to the body and feet settings, the A/C button lights up without me pushing it. I don't know if there is a relay problem or anything, yet I'd appreciate some assistance.

Hello,

It sounds like there may be an issue with the blower resistor or the heater fan switch, preventing the blower motor from running at lower speeds. I've attached a diagnostic chart, below, that can help you test both of these components to see which one may be faulty. I've also attached photos and diagrams showing the locations of the blower resistor, heater fan switch, and blower motor relays.

Additionally, these repair guides explain how to check the wiring in a vehicle, and how to use a test light:

Please let us know if this helps!

Thanks, Wendy W.

Hello Wendy. Thanks again. I did the test and found that the blower motor resistor was done. I've made arrangements to replace it. Thanks again for all your help.
