1995 Honda Accord Starting

Some times when I turn on the ignition, nothing happens. Other times the car starts fine. The problem is most commeon when the car is cold.

Are you saying the vehicle doesnt attempt to start, as in crank? Or does it attempt to start, crank?

It either doesn't attempt to start or it starts normally.

I would suspect a bad starter relay or a starter. Could also be that the battery is getting bad and doesnt have enough cranking amps.
