Battery has 12V everything electrical works, except it seems to start without jumping when it wants, I changed the Main Relay and the problem is still there. As stated it will start with jumper cables are jump box. The last load test done on the battey several months ago was good, but I am going to have it done again. When it won't start it also will not crank, except with a jump.

If it only starts with a booster back or a jump on it, that means the battery has been run down.

Check your alternator output, it may not be charging the battery and test for parasitic draws (draws that drain the battery with the key off).

When the car is running there is 14V at the battery. The car starts fine after sitting a while (a couple of hours/overnight), and it never shuts off or stops while driving. The load test on the battery showed the battery as being good. When it won't start it does not crank or attempt to crank, interior lights dim but no more then what they do when it starts.
