When I shift the transmission into reverse it will barely move. I'll be driving down the road and the transmission will shift down randomly, and it won't go past third gear.

The first thing I would do is check the fluid condition and service the fluid to see if it is dirty or burnt. Please go over these guides to help us fix the problem:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-service-an-automatic-transmission

Fluid Types

Transmission Fluid

Fluid Type .................... Honda ATF DW-1 (ATF)

ATF Z1 has been replaced by ATF DW-1 (Honda Service News Nov 2010). Using a non-Honda ATF can affect shift quality.
Capacities
Transmission Fluid

Drain and Refill .................... 2.5L

Overhaul .................... 6.1L

We should run the codes as well

Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
