My car starts. The radio does not work. And I can not get the car out of park. My brake light has been coming on when the weather is cold, but going off when the car is warmed up.

The radio doesn't work, anything else not working? Do your brake lights work? If the brakelight switch has failed, it will not shift out of park. As for the brake light coming on, is it the abs yellow light or the red brake light? If red, could be low on brake fluid or the parking brake cable could be hanging it up

Replace the brake light switch, only need to disconnect a hairpin clip and a connector. Dome light maybe is blown out, that lens usually pops off with a small flatblade screwdriver.
