Under what condition does it turn off, while cruising, slowing down or stopped?
Are you able to restart engine?
What is the idling speed?
Is the Malfunction Indicator Light showing and have you checked for trouble codes?

I would be driving threw town and all of sudden it turns off like I turn off the key than when I try to start it it wont start gotta let it sit for like 5 mins and the engin lite on but it only showing code p0140 which I think is an o2 sensor

When it could not be started, you would need to check what is missing. That would give a clue what could be wrong. It can be fuel or igniton sparks related.

So I went to look at the spark plug and they are fine and I started it and it wouldn't start I'm pulling my hair out
