1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

Hi, my eclipse 97 2.0 man/tran would die on me when I would slow down sometimes but this last time it sputtered and died. I lost fuel pump and injectors when the key is turned on total silence. It cranks fine but fuel pump does not run. My book said to run a hot to the pump to check it an it runs I also checked the fuel pump relay it is not getting power. So I assume the ASD relay is not getting power also, does it sound like my PCM failed. I have checked all fuses all good.

thanks.
