I have good +5.2 volts on both of the sensor supplies from the PCM,
- I have disconnected TPS, ISC, cam, crank, transmission,
some Large module with 1 big connector behind the passenger head light, and the anti lock brake solenoid next to the master cylinder.

I just left the key on, did not turn it off and then back on, but still have the no Bus, BOTH +12 bat for PCM good, grounds good. NO codes with my cheap scanner, freeze data does not show it cranking, but does show my pressing down on the gas, showing that TPS is working.

I have not tried the MAP sensor, I'm not sure where it is located.

It sounds like you may have two problems, but can I ask if you checked all fuses for power? This guide can help to test the systems on:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

Also, I have seen the crankshaft sensor cause the RPM problem and I have seen the cluster be bad to cause the no BUS issue. Here is the location of the crankshaft sensor and how to remove the cluster so you can send it out for testing. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

I have already replaced the crank sensor, did not help, have not tried the cluster. If I unplug the cluster and that's the issue, will the NO BUS remain clear and maybe the engine will start? Or will the engine start if the ECM does not see a cluster?

I don't think it will start without the cluster, but you can try it. Have you run the codes? If not, this guide can help you:

Recap, still have crank but no start, I have checked the +5v reference for the sensors. Unplugged all the sensors, TPS, temperature, idle control, crank, cam, transmission connector removed, ABS disconnected. None of these cleared the no bus. Also, the code scanner reports no codes, freeze frame does show TPS, and I can depress the gas pedal and see the % of throttle change. Fuel pumps work fine, jumped over the relay it starts right up. When this first happened and it would not start, I was messing around and it started, ran for 1 minute then just stopped and been dead ever since. I have also checked the wire harness and see no issues, and also checked power and ground to the PCM all good. What can it be? Security system? The PCM?

I think you have a bad cluster (shorted) which will cause these issues, but to be sure you need to do a CAN scan, you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Here is a guide to help:

https://youtu.be/u-4syLc-ifQ

and

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/can-scan-controller-area-network-easy

Here is one for about $99.00 if you need it:

Here is how to change out the cluster, you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Hello Ken, not sure about the cluster, A friend sent me his big scanner, it has 2 options for me Chrysler V7.11 or OBDII V3.39, the Chrysler option only goes down to year 2003 and my Durango is a 2002, the only code's its showing is HVAC, I know a have a bad blend motor, and the other was ABS, it had a cluster test, but it seemed to be for manual gauges, I'm not clear on that so will have to re-run.
Again, if I unplug the cluster will the ECU allow the engine to run without a cluster?

Ken, update, so I had an old super chips programmer for the Durango, wanted to see what it said as the 1000.0 scanner from my friend told me nothing. Any way it has you turn ign sw off then confirm, then turn ign sw on and confirm, that programmer is saying ign sw on not detected, what pins on the ECM do I need to check for this signal, none say ign on. I don't think it will start with the instrument cluster not working or disconnected, here is the engine and PCM wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and which wires to check.

The guide can help you with the testing:
