Hello, I'm Danny.

It sounds like you are having a problem with the blend door/re-circulation actuator. It is mounted to the HVAC unit under the dashboard. It's an electrical motor that opens/closes doors to move air throughout the ducts. Here is a tutorial showing what is involved in it's replacement:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/replace-blend-door-motor

I've attached a picture below of its description.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

The the panel vents on my car are stuck, I can't move them in any direction & the air just blows one way. Can't move them up or down nor side to side. How do I get them loosen or how do I replace them with new ones? If you can help me out, please advise me on what to do & if you know of a video for me to see please let me know. Please get back to me ASAP.

Hi Lesabre15,

It sounds like you have a vacuum line that has broken near the firewall, check this article for more info,

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/air-vents-stay-in-the-defrost-position

Even though it is for defroster, the process is similar,

Let me know what you find,

Best, Ken
