Transmission problem
1990 Acura Legend 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Whats the best way to remove/replace transmission, if I was to do it myself

You would need to elevate the front end of the vehicle and do so in such a way that the supports do not interfere with the removal. Then you are going to take off both front wheels and remove the CV axles. There is I believe one motor mount that will have to be removed and the engine supported from above with a comealong or the like. Bolts, hoses cables, etc.

The best thing to do is get the manual. Might find one at a parts store, this site or the library.
