If turning the A/C on or off affects the idling speed, the problem is most likely to be erratic idling which are mostly caused by dirty air passage of the idle control system.

Have the throttle body and IAC cleaned and retest.

Are you sure if the dash indicator lights come on before or after engine stalled? If after, that can mean a failing ignition switch that is intermittently losing contact and problem will get worse and more often.

A failing ignition switch can allow the engine to start but will cut off due to excessive resistance. This is the start and would get worse when you would not be able to start.

If the lights comes on immediately after engine stalled, that should not be the problem but it it takes a while after engine stalled, that might be the ignition switch.

Such intermittent problems are not easy to detect and most probably is electrical in nature. Check the EFI and fuel pump relays.

Cutting off has different symptoms. Does it cut off immediately as if the ignition switch is turned off or it seems to sputter slightly or have fuel starvation like symptoms before stalling?
