My car was running fine, but then didn't drive it for a year and a half. I replaced the battery, fuel filter, spark plugs and did an oil change. The car just keeps cranking like it wants to start but does not.

Hello,

Since the vehicle has been sitting for a while there could be several factors for it not to start.

First make sure you are getting spark to the plugs.

Then check fuel pump. If you can't hear the pump come on check the relay then test the pressure to verify.
With the key on and engine off you should have 30-55 PSI of fuel pressure.

Here is a helpful guide on how to test fuel pressure:

You can also test the relay. The relay is located under the hood in the fuse block.

I have attached the diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know of any questions.

Thank you.
