1992 Honda Accord Repair Question

Stuck in 3d. gear

Honda Accord 1992 Auto. When driving gear gets stuck in 3d. gear. Underhood in fuse box take out 7.5 fuse and put sack in same one car work fine intill 1to 2 weeks.

was the fuse blown?? if it was, you may have caused more damage.

No. Fuse was not blowed.
had todo this 3 or4 times in the last 6 weeks.

you have an electrical issue here with maybe a solenoid or wiring harness. get it checked out asap as it wont get any better and you dont want to damage anything else in the box.

what odd when it get stuck you no it when you put in park the d4 stay lite all the time and the gear you are in light up to and rev. ,d3 , d1 work only i was told that the fuse reset the computer is that true thanks.

The transmission control unit for this model fails quite often. Have you tried to check for trouble codes?
