I was deployed for six months. I disconnected the negative cable on the truck. Was parked in my garage which has a small incline. Upon my returned I connected the negative cable and it would not start. The battery is fully charged and I also jumped it. It appears that no fuel is getting to engine.

It sounds like you had a voltage spike when you connected the battery I would start by checking the fuses.
