Engine shut off while driving and will not restart

Was running decent, stalled while driving, now it will not start. Replaced fuel pump assembly and crankshaft position sensor, still wont start.

The best way to approach this is to check the basic things first. like does the engine turn over? does it have fuel pressure? are there any codes in the power-train control module or can the scan tool communicate with the PCM?
