Van turns but won't start. It gets spark, it has fuel pressure. I've check all relays. What could it be? Does a 1996 have security cut off switch that would cut off fuel and power?

Where and how did you check for spark and fuel?

You need spark at the right time, fuel, and compression to start an engine. So we need to make sure the plugs are firing and it is spraying fuel. Two things to start with. First, pull the plugs and connect it back to the wire and hold it against the block to see if you have spark. Then if the plugs are not good in color we need to replace them.

Next take some starter fluid and spray it in the intake and see if it starts for a couple seconds.

There is a theft system but the light in the dash should remain on if the system is active.

Check this and let me know what you find then we can go from there. Thanks
