Engine will not start up and run?

My fuel pump went out and I replaced it with a new one and it still wont start it seems its not getting any power to the pump I checked the fuse and relay and there good what could cause the new fuel pump to not have power or not start.

Hello,

It sounds like the ASD relay is not working right here is a guide to help test the relay and the engine and fuel pump wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.

When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds?

Ok I listened for the pump to make a noise while I was under the vehicle and it didnt make a noise the relay I can hear it click when I turn the key on thats all I hear and when I crank it, it will just turn and not start I have knowledge of electrical knowledge to read a diagram.

It was the ASD relay I got anew one for $32.00 all fixed! I love this site.
