Will not crank

It will not crank over. I checked all of the fuses and they are good. A wire under the drivers seat was pulled out and I was told that that was the problem. I went to auto zone and they plugged a code reader into it and the code read OBD1readerABS84.

Good afternoon,

I attached a diagram for you to view. You need to test the 3 fuses I circled for power on both sides. Need to be sure there is power.

Also, you need to check the relay. remove the relay and there should be 2 powers with the key on.
