1999 Dodge Durango starting

My durango is trying to turn over. I can sit there and turn the key over and hold it and it's like it is about to crank but it won't. I cant figure out if it is the fuel pump or what. Thanks

Do you mean it won't crank or it wont start? If it wont crank then you need to check for power going to the starter. If it won't start then you need to find out what you are missing.

Need to test fuel pump at the rail and also check if the plugs are getting a healthy white / bright blue spark
