Hi, this evening my car completely shut off on me and will not start again. Every time I turn the ignition switch all you hear is one click and that is it. All of my lights come on so I do not think it is my battery, but about three weeks ago I was stalled in water, took it home ran it and been having it stall on me every since.

Good morning.

The first thing I would do is to have the battery checked. It takes a lot of current to make the starter work and not much current to turn on lights.

I would start there.

Thank you so much. I had the battery charge, and it is still nothing. A friend of mine said it maybe something to do with my security. I have a 2005 Buick Century that has the chip in the car key.

Security systems do not turn the car off while running. That is a mechanical issue.

What is the voltage at the battery after your charge?

I attached a wire diagram for you to view. Check the crank fuse under the hood. Make sure there is power to the fuse with the key on.
