Hello, glad to come back asking for a help, I am having a whining noise that comes on when pressing the gas pedal, I noticed that it comes when the gear is on the 2nd and third shift, and goes on, with subsequent driving, transmission temperature. Is within normal even if under high load, no delays on shifting automatically, but feels some shocks, when shifting from parking to reverse or driving, they are very minor, I hope I can fix any minor issues if any, to overcome major problems. A video of the sound is also attached, thanks a lot.

Thanks for the video, it helps. can I ask if the car makes the noise while in park if you rev the engine? I can hear the noise but can't tell if it is coming from the engine or transmission? If the transmission is making the noise it sounds like the transmission filter is clogged up. I would drop the pan and change the filter and fluid. Here is a generic guide to help you step by step with instructions in the diagrams below to show you how to use on your car.

Use only Mopar ZF 8&9 Speed ATF Automatic Transmission Fluid or equivalent. Failure to use the correct fluid may affect the function or performance of your transmission.

Unfortunately, the filter and transmission pan, and filter need to be replaced together. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens. Let's try to make sure the noise is coming from the transmission before we begin the repair.
