Jacked up one wheel at a time the passenger wheel will spin, the driver however will not. I took the tire off and tried spinning it too. Truck was on and in gear and in neutral. Front wheel refused to spin. Also never replaced my hub bearing as advised by someone on here and shaking has progressed worse and so has squealing. Could it be my hub bearing?

Very likely the hub has failed and is causing the rotor to wedge and the bearing to lock up. Replace that first as the shaking means the bearing is to the point the front tire is about to become bluetooth enabled... I would probably replace the brakes as well as a bad bearing likely caused some strange wear and that could be a problem.
