Engine runs hot

When driving it runs at half or just below but at idle it runs just above half. What are some reasons why my car runs above half mark or at half even though radiator and refill are full?

Can you hear the cooling fan coming on? It could be the reason your car is running hot. Here are some guides to get us started in the right direction so we can get the problem fixed.
