Car will not turnover or start

I have a 2001 volvo s40 with 57000 miles. My engine light came on and was a misfire on cyl 2. I changed the plugs then reset engine light. I then washed the engine compartment with a water hose. Now it will not crank and I get a po602 control module programing error code. I also noticed an arrow flashing on my dash. What should I do to fix this

Its a little late now, but you shouldnt wash the engine with a garden hose. Unplug and dry out every connector you can find under the hood, with the battery disconnected
