My 2000 Jetta 2.0 with 125000 miles will not start. I changed the fuel filter, fule regulator and spark plugs and still all it does is crank over. How can you determine if it is getting any spark? Also would the fuel injectors have any thing to do with this? I am getting frustrated because it was running great and then the next day it won't start.

Please help

Disconnect a plug wire or 2 ground it to the engine while cranking it over-do you have spark? If so check for fuel-crank engine over while listening to the injector/s is it clicking and do you smell fuel vapor in the throttle body?
