If those are supposed to be codes there is a letter followed by a four digit number.I dont see that with ethier code.

The 300 is fluid temp sensor related. Are you sure about the second set of numbers?

16502 comes up as coolant temp sensor signal too high. Just making sure.

Both from the TCM?

I will check it out but OBD2 codes start with a Letter followed by a four digit number.
