I took my golf and got its oil changed today, after that I replaced a rear tail light. After that when I turn the car on the door ajar light comes on and there is an alternating beeping noise. Then when I try and turn on the headlights there is a continuous beep noise. Also the keyless entry fob will not work and I can't roll down the automatic windows or sunroof. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi
Hope I can help with this!

From what you descibe, it sounds like there may a problem with one of the door locks on the car. If the door lock fails, it will cause the fault with the fob not working and the windows not working.
Also, if one of the doors is being shown as open, the headlight warning will beep because the the vehicle thinks that one of the doors is open, even though its not.

Try and establish which door is being recognised as staying open and trace the fault from there.

Let me know if this helps and if you need anymore info!
