Hey, so I have a Subaru B9 Tribeca. I'm trying to diagnose a problem. When I drive and hit about 25-35 mph and around 65 my car vibrates. Really loud at 45 mph. It not as bad between 35-60. Sounds like I'm in a chopper. When I turn right the vibrating goes away. When I turn left it gets louder. Sounds like it's either in the front right side or the back left. Any suggestions on what it could be?
I would take it into a mechanic but the closest is 1.5 hours away.

Let's start with the tires. We need to find out the actual tire size and not what it says on the sidewall. We need to measure the circumference of each tire because this is an all wheel drive vehicle and I suspect if we have a tire or two that are different sizes then the transfer case is what is vibrating. This would make sense as to when you are feeling this as those speeds are most likely in all wheel drive mode.

Have you changed tires recently or replaced one or two rather then all four?

Let's also check for wear. Here is a guide that will help with this:

Just as an add on, check the lug nuts. The chopper sound can be the wheel shifting on the studs.
