Vehicle information display control panel does not work

The vehicle information display control buttons do not work at all. I have check fuse number 19 and it is in good condition. I actually removed it and all it did was turn off the radio, need help please.

When you say the display buttons, I assume you are meaning the mode buttons that flip through the information display. If that is the case, I attached the wiring diagram and that shows that these buttons are direct feeds to the cluster. So that means either the buttons or cluster are the issue. The way to check this is to measure voltage coming from the buttons when you are pressing them. If you have no voltage then the buttons have failed. If you do then most likely the cluster is the issue.

Unfortunately there are no easy ways to tell. Does everything else in the cluster work?

Yes, everything works correctly in the cluster except I can't change the vid with the buttons.

Can you get a picture of the switches that are not responding because I am seeing a couple options? The wiring diagram only shows the mode buttons as a standard placement but in order to test them, we need to take them loose and check for voltage while pressing them. In order to try and show you how to remove them, I need to know how your vehicle is equipped. Thanks
