I haven't been able to measure it while driving. I just checked the fuel pressure at idle and 2500 rpm's.

Okay. That is okay. Could be leaking injectors or a regulator. Those are more common then any other of the over fueling causes that are left.

So should I get an adapter to make my hose longer so I can check the fuel pressure while im actually driving? Would that make any difference than checking it sitting still if there is a problem with the injectors or regulator? And for the first time yeaterday I got in my car to leave after it sat for about an hour and I could smell gas tht has never happened before and it eventually went away. But I just thought that was weird to happen out of nowhere.

No. It seems like the pressure is okay. I would jump to the EVAP system and inspect the charcoal canister for having raw fuel in it. You could have an issue with the purge valve but any time you can smell fuel, it is normally the EVAP system.

I would start with the canister but if that does not have fuel in it, then I would inspect the purge valve for not sealing. The canister should only have fuel vapor in it so if you find any fuel then I would replace it and retest before moving onto the purge.

This issue (canister or purge) explains all of your issues so the fact that you can smell it as well, I am highly confident that this system is your issue.
