Vehicle buck between thirty to forty kph

The engine vibrates, and buck with a rattling sound between thirty to forty kph. It runs well above forty kph.

If the accelerator pedal is pressed the vehicle accelerates smoothly.

Thanks for your response Ken. I have already changed the plugs and two ignition coils.

I am looking to check the idle speed control mechanism and if necessary the valve timing as soon as I get a chance. Don't know if it makes any sense.
