when I drive my car the cold air come on and when I turn the nob for heat it come on some times why is this

Check the heater core is working correctly and check the heater control doors are working correctly !

Inside the heater box there are doors which open/close when using the controls ..one door is for the blend of hot/cold ..this could be your problem if it is not opening correctly and letting heat through instead of cold !! ... could you explain your fault in a little more detail ?

My car when on the temputer is fine when turning the nobe for heat its not working it used to but stoped only cold air comes.

Check you heater core hoses are getting hot, if they are check the temperature blend door is working correctly !
